First Day Of School
My first day back at school was pretty cool seeing I wasn’t the only one in a school uniform. I think that it is pretty cool that in the morning we just wait outside for school to start. My uniform is a blue polo shirt and grey shorts and black leather shoes with grey socks. On Fridays, we have to wear a yellow shirt and blue shorts for sports day. Yesterday we went to the pool and had to do 1 lap and 4 half laps to train for the swimming carnival next Friday. I can’t go to it because we are going to Sydney that day. It felt really good in the water because it was a hot day.
I remember my first day at school in Africa after moving from Canada, and having to wear a uniform too. My hat looked like yours only it was green! I loved swimming when it was hot and learning to dive from the high board, I wonder if you will do that too.

You look great in your school uniform Carlen! I remember having to wear a tunic with my school crest in my early years. Lucky you to be able to stay cool in the pool! Have a wonderful year full of exciting adventures!
